DIABLO
Data Integration Analysis and Biomarker discovery using Latent cOmponents (DIABLO) is a versatile, component-based method that can integrate multiple high dimensional datasets and identify key variables that discriminate between phenotypic groups. DIABLO is available through the mixOmics data integration toolkit (www.mixomics.org) which contains a wide range of multivariate methods for the exploration and integration of high dimensional biological datasets.
